The Services provide educational estimates and planning illustrations based on simplified assumptions you supply. Outputs may differ materially from real-world outcomes due to taxes, fees, market volatility, sequence-of-returns risk, inflation changes, healthcare costs, policy changes, and personal circumstances.
No guarantee of accuracy: We do not warrant that any estimate is complete, reliable, or suitable for your situation. The Services are not personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Varyense and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us to use the Services in the twelve months before the claim (if any), or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
No professional relationship
Use of the Services does not create a fiduciary, advisory, or client relationship between you and Varyense. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
